Scope

This policy applies to the public website at wst.net.uz and to WST Staff Mobile, operated for SANOATI MADADKOR KUSHON, XUSUSIY KORXONASI.

Information we collect

This website collects the information you submit through the project estimate form, including your name, phone number, project type, location, approximate camera count, budget range, preferred contact method, and project details. WST uses it to respond to your request and manage the sales lead. The site does not require an account or process online payments.

Local storage

The site may store your selected language in your browser local storage so the language preference remains consistent on later visits. This data stays on your device and is not sent to a server.

Privacy-safe analytics

WST uses first-party analytics to measure page views, CTA clicks, form starts/submits, and successful lead conversions. Analytics uses no advertising cookies or device fingerprinting; names, phone numbers, comments, and other form contents are not stored in analytics events. IP addresses are not stored in the analytics database. A random session identifier and first-touch campaign attribution are kept only for the browser session, and analytics events are retained for up to 90 days. Global Privacy Control or Do Not Track disables this analytics layer.

WST Staff Mobile

This privacy policy also applies to WST Staff Mobile (Android package uz.montag.wst.warehouse), an internal business application for authorized staff of SANOATI MADADKOR KUSHON / WST. Access requires an organization-issued staff account.

Mobile app data

WST Staff Mobile processes account and profile information needed to authenticate and authorize staff, such as username, internal user ID, name, work email or phone when present, company/branch assignment, roles and permissions. The app also processes business records needed for ERP workflows, including products, warehouses, stock movements, barcodes, serial numbers, transfers, sales, returns, customers and payment-related business records that an authorized user is permitted to access or create.

Camera and barcode scanning

The mobile app requests camera access only to scan product barcodes, QR codes and serial identifiers used in warehouse and inventory workflows. Camera frames are used for scanning and are not intentionally stored as photos or uploaded as image files by WST Staff Mobile. The app does not request microphone, precise location, contacts or photo-library access for its current functionality.

Authentication and device storage

Staff credentials are transmitted over HTTPS to the WST ERP service for authentication. Passwords are not stored by the mobile app. After successful sign-in, the authentication token and basic session information are stored using the device's secure storage so the authorized session can be maintained. Signing out removes the locally stored session.

How mobile app data is used and shared

Mobile app data is used to provide authorized ERP, warehouse, inventory, sales and related internal business functions; maintain security and auditability; troubleshoot service issues; and protect company systems. WST does not sell mobile app personal data and does not use it for third-party advertising. Data may be processed by infrastructure and hosting providers only as necessary to operate and secure WST services.

Retention, access and deletion

WST Staff Mobile accounts are organization-managed business accounts. Access can be disabled by WST administrators when it is no longer required. Business and audit records may be retained as required for operational, accounting, security or legal purposes. Staff may request access, correction or deletion of eligible personal account information by contacting WST using the contact details below; requests affecting business records are handled subject to applicable retention obligations.

Security

WST uses HTTPS for data in transit, access controls and role-based authorization for ERP data, and secure device storage for mobile authentication tokens. No system can guarantee absolute security, but WST applies technical and operational safeguards appropriate to an internal business application.

Server logs

The hosting provider and web server may keep standard technical logs such as IP address, user agent, requested page, and timestamp. These logs are used for security, availability, and operational maintenance.
